Training Exercises For Higher Jumps

Remember when you were young . You didn't need a jump manual to learn how to jump. If you are reading this, then you did not learn how to increase your vertical jump height since you were young and just learning how to jump. There are tons of different work outs for your body that will help increase your vertical, and when used the right way they will be very successful. These exercises are called plyometrics, and are designed specifically for doing just that, increasing your jump height. You can strength train and work out to work on the overall body while you working on your jump
